Our Officers Patrol on Foot and by Marked Patrol Car to Enforce our Clients Leases and Complex Rules. Our Officers write a Daily Report of the nights events and turn it in to management to Document all Violations and events of the Patrol Night. Our Officers will Professionally Conduct Enforcement and are the first line of Defence for the Residents..To insure Safety and Compliance to Residents and Guests of the Property..Including: CROWD CONTROL, FIRE WATCH, TRESPASSING, COMPLEX SPEED LIMITS, FIRST RESPONDER, MANAGEMENTS EYES & EARS, PROBLEM TENANTS, DOOR & LOCK SECURITY,POOL CONTROL, LOITERING, and all LEASE COMPLIANCE including MANAGEMENT Instruction..Our Manager (Senior Officer) will meet with the client (Complex Manager) at least Once Weekly to Discuss Security Issues and to brief on any issues from the Week.
